"The Grand Turk" is a character from a movie called "The Adventures of Baron Meunchausen". I took the idea and made it into my version. It uses color-on-color edges, which makes the colors very vivid. It is a large painting with a small brush, so I could make a detailed work. I added rooms and figures in my piece and made my own "Grand Turk". This original oil painting on linen gallery wrap measures 30 inches wide, 30 inches high, and 1 3/8 inches deep. A gallery wrap makes framing optional. This painting was created in 2012.
